Electricity meter readings missing from "My Usage"

I am new to Bulb. I submitted two gas meter readings and two electricity meter readings. Only the gas meter readings show up in the table under “My Usage” on MyBulb. Am I doing something wrong?

Hey @boffin , Your opening gas and electricity readings have entered our system just fine, thanks for sending them in. We’re still waiting on certain bits of meter information and your switch to go through to properly get these readings loaded. Hence the lag. You should find from your switch date of 28th August that everything is up and running :slight_smile: Give us a shout if not!
