Electricity meter readings not showing in account


I spoke to live chat about this but nothing seems to have changed. I keep getting emails about adding an electricity meter reading, which I am doing but it doesn’t seem to be showing. I’m also getting “You need to submit electricity meter readings so we can keep your account accurate.” when I view “Payment and Statements” even though I have.

I was getting excited when I saw this thread as I’m not getting electricity readings shown. Rather than “now” in the title do you mean “not”?
