Hi, I have an duel meter (day and night) but I can only enter one reading (day) but it won’t let me enter the night reading. This is my first reading to join Bulb. Also, I have noticed that the clock appears to show the wrong time on the display. This didn’t matter with my old supplier because they charged me the same rate for day and night. Please advise. Hi James, it looks like there was a slight delay in us receiving your meter details from the previous supplier. We have them now and you should be able to submit both of your opening readings We can also charge you 1 rate for your 2 rate meter if you prefer? I have emailed you with further details.
