Electricity Meter - wrong estimate


When I started the account with Bulb the requested meter reading was missed as it went to my email junk folder.
I have updated it today (16 days after account started) and the actual reading is over double the estimated reading and the meter reading taken on our move in date a month before. Will this affect us in anyway? I’m worried that it looks like we have been powering the entire street for a month and cost us more.

I think the best thing would be to send us a picture so that we can look into how the opening estimate was so far off. I’ll shoot you an email.
