Electricity reading not accepted.

Gas meter reading registered but not electricity. Several attempts but even with submit permission button green my reading is not updated.


We’re still awaiting for your electricity meter information from Ovo as that hasn’t come through as of yet.

The reads will go in once we have that through. We have your reading of 2111 from the switch date, but haven’t been able to use it as your switch read as it has be sent out with your meter information within 5 days of your switch date.

We have to chase our third party data company to get this information from Ovo’s data company and that will allow us to send bills and take your readings from you.

It may take a couple of weeks longer to get this information through, we are in the process of chasing it, but I want to give you a realistic expectation for how long these situations can take.
