Electricity reading while switching

Hi we are in the process of switching to you and need to give an electric meter reading but the auto form you’ve sent has day/night readings and our meter is a single reading how to I complete this step, is there a different link I can be sent?

Hi @Vicks, this could be an indication that we’ve accidentally taken over the wrong meter, or that your meter may have been exchanged without the national database being updated.

Could you please email help@bulb.co.uk with a picture of your meter so we can do a couple of checks?
