Our smart reading into connecting up, In other words, we cannot read our electricity reading. Can you please send someone around to read it? British Gas set up a smart reader system. Can Bulb not read the meter from the same system please as we cannot get a reading, thank you, Ben

Sorry I meant “isn’t getting a reading”…

You have to read it manually and submit the readings yourself, until such time as your existing smart meter is accessible to Bulb.

You’ll likely have to do this by looking directly at the display on the meters themselves rather than at your In Home Display.

Please see these instructions on how to read your 1st generation smart meter manually. You will need to do this and submit us readings until new software allows us to read your smart meter remotely. We have no current timescale on this currently as it is national issue.
