Electricity Readings not logging

Hi all,

I’ve noticed that none of my electricity readings that I’ve taken this year have been logged. I’ve had the thank you emails for submitting them and all my gas readings have been logged. I’ve logged them on the website on a pc, on my phone and via the app but nothing seems to work. The estimated readings are a bit off and slightly higher than what they should be but not by much thankfully!

Any ideas?
