" electricity readings requested but only one meter

Trying to enter electricity as new customer but asking for 2 electricity readings. There are 2 meters in house but one of them has been at the same reading for years, since living in the property. Do I enter the proper reading for both meter requests as I can’t proceed by only entering one reading. (This is for my mum as she isn’t online). Thanks.

I’m just a fellow Bulb customer but I’d say if you’ve switched two meters to Bulb and you’re being asked for two readings, then you have to give readings for both, even if one never changes.

An added thought - are you being charged two standing charges? If so, long term it might be worth finding out the purpose of the idle meter and whether you can get rid of it.
