My gas and electricity accounts were due to switch to Bulb at the start of May. My gas account switched fine but my electricity account is still with my old provider. I have provided Bulb with an electricity meter reading which was acknowledged via email but does not show on my online account. Does anyone know how I find out when the electricity switch will take place? Thanks
@katlea I would recommend you send us a photo of your meters so we can check we have got the correct details.
