Electricity usage disappearing from App

I have asked for the electricity usage to be added back to my app, but with multiple emails to customer service, no one can help - any tips from the community on those that have had success in having both gas and electric usage on the app? thank you

The likely response from Bulb is that usage reporting is in beta and therefore can contain errors. You’re unlikely to get anywhere trying to get it fixed. The chances are it’ll reappear at some stage and probably disappear again.

Thank you for that, i thought as much - highly frustrating when all are trying to control usage and i can’t note it off the meter.
