Shouldn’t you already know if the customer has been contacted? Don’t you have a customer support log on your service desk?

Its not easy for us to find every email sent out to a customer unless they reply directly to it or its a priority/important email. Its much quicker to simply ask if they have had any direct communication to resolve the issue more efficiently :slight_smile:
