Email address billing sent to

I have already sent an email to the ‘Help Desk’ with no reply. My account email is set up with one email which l recently changed. My bills keep getting sent to the old email. The old email will be expiring soon. Cant find where to change the billing email settings.

Nope, that is where you would expect them to have it and where l have the email address l now use. No where within my account is the old email that they send bills to listed.

Right, so they store email addresses in two different locations, one of which isn’t accessible via the account dashboard. Somehow that doesn’t surprise me based on other things that are wrong with the backend systems. I guess you have no choice but to contact the help desk.
