Email format rejected

I’m trying to chat to someone via my online account but when I select “chat now” I Get an invalid email format message and the chat is auto ended.

I just got the same error, but unfortunately I am a new community user and can’t upload images.

So here is the content of the error message:

Error Domain=BCAccount Code=-205
“(null)” UserInfo={reason=Invalid email
format}

I am running iOS 14.5.1, Bulb app version 1.36.0.
