Email from Bulb asking for payment on old account

HI. Just received an email from Bulb asking for a payment on my account. It rightly states that I left in April 2021. My last balance was £0.00 however in August 2021 I received a refund of £48.39 which is exactly the amount that Bulb say I now owe.

Was this refund an error?
