I have recieved an email tonight saying sorry your leaving and have switched from bulb. However I am a bit confused as I didn’t switch my gas or electric nor have spoke to any other gas and electric companies
It’s likely to be a database error or someone misquoting an address rather than any malicious intent.
Best to contact the Bulb team tomorrow - details via the “Help” link on this page - and they’ll sort it out.
