Email Notifications for readings and bill

Has anyone had problems with emails for the above? Didn`t get any last month - normal emails (price decrease etc) are still be recieved. Thanks

(Dont know if its ok to comment on your own posts?) but I emailed bulb about not getting notifications in March & got a reply in 4 days - but I didnt get any information about the lack of notifications - just a PDF of my bill…

I wonder if the meter reading email landed up in your Spam folder in error? I had one occasion when I didn’t receive a request, I’m lucky in that I have set up a reminder on my PC to send off my meter readings a day or so before my statement is prepared.

Thanks Allanr…but I do check spam folder. Great idea for reminders…I will do it on my phone.
