I receive , and can read, emails from Bulb on my laptop. I receive the emails to my phone but cannot open them. I can read other emails to the same account on my phone without any problem. Any ideas?
I’ve not encountered this myself - what sort of phone and which email application are you using? It does seem localised to your phone setup.
Is it every single Bulb email or just some of them (for example the ‘Your Monthly Payment Reminders’). When you say ‘cannot open them’ what happens - do you get a white screen where the text should be, you just can’t click on them etc etc?
