Email response time

I emailed the helpdesk on Thursday morning last week and still have not had a reply, does anyone know what the normal turn-round time is?

Five working days and counting is not overly impressive.

But I don’t believe Bulb are using kpi or other methods to evaluate how well (or not doing well) with regards to answering email, telephone calls or live chat
