Email saying 10.00 will be credited to my account

Hi iv had an email telling me my I’m going to be credited 10.00 due to me having to wait a wile to get through to bulb call center for help …

Iv checked my pre payed meters today but no sign of 10.00 credit does anyone know how I’ll get this on my meter thanks

@Kat1982 it was added to your account as a credit, however we’re sending it to you via TransferWise as you’re on prepayment and Bulb account credit isn’t accessible
