Thanks for letting us know. This can happen when someone else is signing up to another provider and selects your address accidentally.
I’ve let the other supplier know that you don’t want to switch and you’ll remain with Bulb.
Just to be sure, could you send us a picture of your meters so we can your supply numbers? You can send these to email@example.com and we’ll get just double check.
