Got email from bulb saying they want to give me 10 pounds back because of poor servive and await a email from transferwise and enter bank details ? is the genuine ? why enter bank details when you have them ??

If Bulb wanted to give you £10 back, I’d have thought they would have credited your existing account. Personally, I’d not start giving my bank details to a third party.

You must be a prepayment customer because this is the process normally used by Bulb to refund money.
