I gave bulb my email address so I could receive emails
As I have lost that phone I do not now receive emails to that address I have created a new email address of the same name etc… but still not received any emails from bulb… please help

Why did you have to change email address just because you lost a phone?

I cant say because I dont know… my mother set up my account so iv lost my password email to log in

I only asked because the statement regarding the mother setting up the email account seems a little odd for grown adult, and the ability to access an email account isn’t limited to one device. I wondered if the OP was a child carer for someone, or otherwise vulnerable, which would of course very much change the nature of any advice.

@Polypipe123 have you managed to get in touch with Bulb regarding changing the email linked to the account for your property?
