I continually receive emails from Buld asking for an up to date meter reading and that they have not received a meter reading for me for over six month. This is incorrect as I enter my meter readings through the website two months ago, is this a generic email, or is Bulb not receiving the meter readings I have provided online?
Best contact Bulb direct as it maybe a technical issue.
You should however send them in once a month when you receive an email requesting it, if you send in outwith the 3 day time frame they will use estimates and not your actual readings which may be whats happening in your case.

Each time you submit a meter reading you should receive very soon after a confirmation from Bulb that they have received your readings, have you not been receiving these confirmations?.
