Emails Not Answered - Chat Not Working

I am trying to make contact with Bulb about my new account but they don’t answer emails and I can’t chat to anyone.

Both of these services can be done with people isolating so why is the service so bad.

Will anyone answer or is this the norm.

Depends on the time. I find the live chat (sign in on your account, on the homepage bottom right) and phone number (0300 303 0635) to be the best way to contact them.

Thanks Izzy, I have actually managed to get assistance now. A few technical difficulties their end which are being resolved by the team.
