I have set up two accounts for two different Names & Addresses but used the same email address, but I cannot get into one of the accounts to submit meter readings. Is there a solution to this??
I wasn’t aware you could set up two accounts but using a different names using the same email address? Multiple properties re OK but perhaps not multiple names.
Perhaps it would be better if you contacted the Bulb help desk as they have access to your account information, you have posted your query to the customer public forum?Please see
