Recently joined bulb, still not had electricity key delivered however it has been sent so will be here soon. I’ve ran out of electricity at the moment and have no way to top up my meter! The old key I have been using is broken. Why is there no helpline or customer service at weekends or after 6pm???

This is a customer forum, best you ask Bulb for an answer, I do believe though they are reviewing weekend contact/helpline.
