My landlady will not allow a smart meter to be installed and I am concerned about the amount of energy I am using. I am trying to find an energy monitor I can buy online which will work with your energy supply. Do you recommend any particular models? (Afraid I know very little about how monitors work). Sorry to hear that your landlady isn’t keen on a smart meter. I do have a couple of recommendations:
- I have heard good things about the Energenie plug-in energy monitor, which might suit what you’re looking for.
- It might also be worth checking your EPC. I recently wrote a guide on how to do it here.
