Hi I’ve recently moved to Bulb my gas seems to have switched but not my electric as yet. I’m supposed to be on dual fuel and you’ve taken my payment but obviously only one account is showing???
I can see that your electricity switch was objected to by your previous supplier. Unfortunately, we can’t see the reason why, so we’ll need you to get in touch with them yourself and ask that they remove it.
Once you’ve done that, let us know and we’ll be able to restart your switch. We sent these instructions over to you at the start of the month, but I’ll just email over some more info in case you missed that.
