Energy usage display

I joined Bulb on 1st Jan and my energy usage is not yet displayed on the app.
I get a message saying there are problems getting readings from my smart meter and check back later.
My smart meter is displaying Bulb as the supplier.
Have other people had this issue?

usage is still not showing on my app. My gas usage appears as a single column for January and not at a daily rate.
