Energy Usage Graph not Updating

My energy usage graph has not updated for September yet. Is there any particular reason/explanation for this?

Hi @abdulbasit , thanks for getting in touch.

This is because you haven’t been billed for the entire month of September yet.

Your latest bill went up to the 29th September, so there’s still 2 days of the month left. When you receive your next statement next Sunday, this should fill out the September block in your usage chart.
