Engineer unable to install as smart meter - Bulb smart meter "customer service"

Hi - the Siemens engineer was unable to install the gas smart meter as he didn’t have the right part. He said that Bulb would contact me after a few days to arrange a second visit. They didn’t call back and I have given up waiting on hold on 2 occasions (over 30 minutes) on their smart meter helpline. My question is - does anybody know how you can get Bulb to do the things they are supposed to? And does anybody have any good stories about the Smart Meter helpline?
