I am with empower at the moment paying £59 per month for both gas and electric. I put my kilowatt hours in your quote for both it came up with £58. not a big saving, and I do like the idea of a free phone line which npower provides. l am not good with computers. is this chat line always open and do you have a phone number. what is the average time it takes before someone answers the phone if l rang you ?
