Entered wrong meter reading by mistake


My bill is due to be issued tomorrow, I submitted my meter readings today. Unfortunately I mistaked my gas mater for the electricity one , so I submitted the gas reading for electricity. It’s when I tried to enter the gas one that I realized I made a mistake in the electricity. How can i resolve this issue as my bill is due to be generated tomorrow and can’t ring the customer support.


Unfortunately only the Bulb team will be able to correct your reading.

I wouldn’t worry about this because once Bulb have corrected your reading most likely they will reissue your statement.
