Entered wrong meter reading

Hello,

I believe i entered our electricity meter reading wrong, and my account said i used more than double my usual amount last month and i think this is why. How do i rectify this?

It does look as though that reading may be wrong. Please could you send in a photo of your meter to help@bulb.co.uk and we’ll amend the readings on the account an reissue a statement to the correct usage.
