Entered a wrong digit in my metering reading, put a 7 instead of putting a 6 in. Don’t want to re enter it as it will look like we’ve gone around the clock in terms of electricity. What should I do?
Hi @Paul72, if it’s in the last two digits, I wouldn’t bother as it’ll only be a minor change to your bills and will work itself out for the next reading, but if it’s one of the other digits, perhaps give Bulb a ring (0300 30 30 635) to get them to change it over for you.
If this is your first meter reading, I’d give Bulb a ring no matter which number was wrong.
