Why has Bulb changed a perfectly simple procedure so that I now cannot find a way to enter the requested readings?
First question you haven’t changed to smart meters recently? If you have the reading tab goes away.
Second are you using the bulb app for iPhone or android? Or mobile/ desktop site?
For me at least on the mobile site and the desktop site has very little difference there is a big green tab asking me about it.
Mobile app also has a reading tab.
I still cannot see how to enter my meter readings now that the site has been changed. Can ANYONE help please?
I was trying to ascertain what platform you were using.
And whether you have had a recently fitted smart meter.
Can you answer those questions first, otherwise I as a customer will be unable to help you.
