Entering my first meter reading.

I have been trying for a long time to enter my first meter reading on my bulb app online but there is no where to enter it in.
I thought I was being thick but two other people have tried as well, is it best to just phone it in. Why is it so difficult.

I just spoke to Bulb as I had the same issue and they said because I have a 2nd Gen smart meter, they’ll get the readings directly from it. Hope that helps.

I have just joined and have a pre payment meter, any ideas how i add the meter readings?
