How is anyone supposed to diagnose the fault without more information?

If it’s a webpage, it means the page is missing.
If it’s your washing machine I haven’t a clue.

What’s this got to do with Bulb? Marking as spam.

With this smart sh*t that manufacturers keep embedding in products that don't need it, a washing machine 404 error these days could be exactly the same as a webpage!
