Error first readings

I cannot enter my first readings - I get an error opening the app if I follow the link sent by email to enter them … if I try to open the app by myself it says we are switching and I should open it after x days

Hi there @Ygc_86 it looks like this might have been fixed since you’ve posted, I’ve just taken a look at your account and you should be able to add those reads by clicking the green ‘submit meter reading’ box
