Error when submitting readings

Has anyone else had an error when trying to submit their meter readings?
The Gas went through fine but I can’t sibmit electric at all, I’ve been trying for days. I’ve also emailed Bulb 3 times with no response.

Personally I haven’t any problems.

You haven’t said why you can submit a reading, just a thought is the electrical reading you are trying to submit less than your last reading?

We have your reading of 1039 and it’s not showing on your Bulb Account yet as we’re still waiting on your meter information from your old supplier. This will come through shortly and then the reading will show.
