Why was my gas reading estimated when I switched to Bulb? I submitted an actual meter reading along with the electric reading.

@picken85 I have now raised a disputed read with the previous supplier. This is where we propose your actual reading and once this has been accepted by your previous supplier we will be able to correct in our accounts.

@“DanP at Bulb” no problem. Do you have the original readings I submitted on my account? I can’t see them on readings history.

@picken85 They will reappear when the dispute is resolved, the readings are in the system they just need to be agreed with your previous supplier now.

I have noticed the same problem, do I assume this automatically gets resolved or should I contact Bulb direct.
