Why have i received an email this morning with an estimated bill stating when I have never failed to submit a meter reading whenn requested?
Do you submit your readings a couple of days before the statement is prepared?

We haven’t actually had a read from you in a few weeks. If you submit a reading a day or two before your bill then we’ll finish the billed month on your reading and your usage will be billed completely accurately.
