Estimated meter readings need to be adjusted

I couldn’t submit my meter readings as i could not access my page on bulb. i had only access to community page when i logged in. so i got a bill based on estimated readings which were much higher than my actual meter readings. I submitted the actual meter readings when i got access to my account but it shows i have overdue payment and i am in debt. Can you help adjusting the bill to my actual meter readings please.
i am new on bulb and don’t know much about how to proceed with it.

I’m sorry that you had difficulties accessing the account but glad that you managed to submit readings in the end.

I can see the readings in your account, and I’ve just sent you an updated statement.

Just for future, if you give readings after you’ve received a statement, they’ll be included in your next bill instead.
