I moved into a new property on the 24th April
I then switched energy provider to BULB on the 22nd May
BULB gave SSE (the old provider) my meter readings on the 28th June but when I ring SSE it states they have only received an ‘estimated reading’ - meaning they continued to take money from my account. I ended up paying for two energy bills for 4 months before having to take action and stop a direct debit with SSE.
The entire time SSE have told me they can refund me my money providing Bulb give them accurate readings.
Why can’t someone from Bulb give an accurate reading to SSE for me? I even have pictures of my meter from when I gave my first readings on the 28th June.
