Estimated readings wrong

How do I amend the estimated starting meter readings? I have the accurate ones but there is nowhere to send them…

How do I amend the estimated starting meter readings? I have the accurate ones but there is nowhere to send them.....

You can submit your meter readings via your account dashboard, this is the link Bulb account

If you recently switched to Bulb you would have been asked a couple of days earlier to submit your meter readings. I’m not sure if you did this but Bulb still used an estimated reading, but whatever happened only the Bulb team will be able to have the necessary information to hand to assist you…
