I have a day & night meter and every time I submit a reading I’m told it’s significantly different to the estimate. Is this a meter issue?
Hi @benjibulb, you are just using slightly more than we estimate, it’s no problem, our estimates should update as we get readings from you, we have your latest readings from yesterday.
Hi James. Thanks. Did all the readings go through? Gas & electric? I was using the new app and I got errors when I sent them.
