I entered my own readings for gas and electricity but my latest bill says that the readings were estimated. I’m not sure how this happened but I need to know that my readings are being properly registered on the website. Can someone please assist.
Hey @linda383 , we received your meter readings on 20th June. Your latest bill covers the period 8th July to 7th August. We didn’t receive any customer readings in that period we estimated your usage. These estimates improve every time you submit readings though.
The best time of the month to submit readings to reduce estimates would be 5th August
