Estimated usage

Got a shock when Bulb estimated our monthly usage at way more than I’ve ever seen with anyone else.
Basically £100 more than the direct debit we agreed on.
I’ve given meter readings, how long should it take for the estimated usage to adjust???

It’ll correct on the next bill. You should get an email 2-3 days before the bill date asking you to submit meter readings. This is the ONLY window where you wont end up with an estimate being used for at least part of the billing period.
