Estimated use way more than actual use

My bulb estimated usage over the holidays when nobody was home (I live in a student house) was WAY more than what we’ve used, and the amount that we’ve paid is for significantly more energy than we’ve used - will I get a refund for basically paying for 2 months extra energy?

The first thing you need to do is to make sure you supply your current meter readings to Bulb, this should mean any overestimated readings will then self correct themselves by the time of your next statement.

You just need to submit an actual meter reading via the Bulb account, as suggested by @Allanr. We’ll then re-adjust your account balance and send you an updated statement to show the actual usage.
